Weekend of ootds

Somehow it's Monday? My kids are off to school and I'm nursing a wicked Super Bowl (sugar/gluten/dairy) Hangover. (Stupid seahawks cookie cake). 

I didn't get to post either outfit from the weekend.  So here goes. 

Saturday

Shirt- gap. 

Pants- h&m jeggings

Shows- toms wedges

Necklace- China

My thoughts: shirt love the color and pattern mixing. Pants are good fit, actually long enough and easily replaced. Shoes 💙 and necklace is a good go to. 

Super Bowl Sunday

Pants- h&m jeggings (from saturday)

Shirt is me one piece of seahawks clothing. Until I can get my Sherman jersey it's staying. 💙💚

I'm sorry to those that believe leggings aren't pants. I happen to disagree. But for those that think I left the house yesterday without pants, I apologize.

Grey and black

When I say my closet is mostly grey, black and yellow I'm in no way exaggerating. I love the neutrality. I love the versatility. Plus I'm a broody person soooo.

Recovery

This weekend I was sick. Strep throat. It sucks yall. I wasn't hungry. Felt like I was swallowing glass shards. Fever. Boooooo. I'm thankful for antibiotics which made me feel human in just short of 24 hours. 

This weekend Emilia was on a rampage. She broke my full length mirror. Destroyed the house in general. It was pretty awesome. I have plans to go to ikea some time this week and replace the mirror. Until then you're going to have to deal with the other mirror.

Breakfast

Barry is working an overnight today. Bummer. But that means he was home to go to breakfast with me at my new favorite spot, Fig Tree cafe & bakery. (Their corned beef has is amaze)

All in all I feel like it's a solid outfit. The jeans fit like whoa! 

Mustard. Aka my favorite

It It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that knows me well. I love the color mustard. It ranks only behind my other trusty go tos, black and grey.

I went on a search for mustard yellow cords at the beginning of fall. Found some and fell in love. Curious to know if yall feel the same way about them as I do.
