No grains.
No dairy.
No sugar (added, fruits are ok). Or artificial sweeteners.
No legumes.
No soy!
I'm sure there's more, these are just the basic gist. It's paleo, but only for 30 days. My best friend said she had a lot of changes in inflammation during the 30 days. Some people lose weight. (I doubt that'll happen for me. My body will probably go into shock!) some people just feel better eliminating those things from their diets and lives. We will see if I report any changes. I'm only posting about it here to keep myself accountable. Thirty days. I can do it. I spent a small fortune at costco to prepare. I plan on posting my food journal daily. I see lots of eggs and white potato for breakfast. (Delish!) and fish for dinner.
The past week I tried to eat as whole as I could without changing everything and while at home was successful.
The true test comes when out in public. We will see how well I fare over the month of August.
